Online returns policy
Terms
All sales are final. Daia is unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Faulty goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
Colours
We try to display the colours of our products on our website as accurately as possible but please note that photography can sometimes alter the colour of items. Also as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that colours will be exactly as they appear on your device.
Damaged or defective item
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at

All orders are processed and shipped from Lisbon, Portugal, within 2-5 business days via CTT. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. A notification email will be sent to you with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.
EU customers will pay VAT on their purchase. For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Daia is not responsible for payment of this duty. The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods will be held at customs. It is your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. If a customer does not claim and pay the import duties and taxes upon delivery, the package will be abandoned in customs. We will not be responsible for returning or refunding the items.

Portugal and Spain: 1-3 Business days Rest of Europe: 3-10 Business days Rest of the World: 7-15 Business days
In some cases, the delivery may take longer. In this case please contact your local postal office to track your order. Daia is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
Availability of products cannot be guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
You may occasionally receive discount codes from us, via email or through promotional materials.
Each code is unique to the recipient, is not transferable, has no monetary value and under no circumstances can it be converted into currency. Each code has an expiry date, which will be stated at the time of promotion or on accompanying promotional materials which cannot be modified. Codes can only be redeemed online.
When an order is placed using a promotional code and contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item.
Under no circumstances can the value of a discount code be deducted from an order if that code is defective or out of date: no replacement codes will be issued.
Only one discount voucher can be used per order.
If any other rules apply to a specific promotion, these will be clearly stated at the time of promotion or on accompanying promotional materials.
